What is a quality inspection report

The quality inspection report is a safety and performance test conducted on the product, which can be successfully integrated into other platforms such as Tmall, JD.com or supermarkets, or provided as a reference standard for consumers. According to the three-level standards (national standards, ministerial standards, and enterprise standards), conduct quality assessment, make basic evaluations, and analyze the reasons for whether the quality is qualified or unqualified. This is the main part of the quality inspection report.

Application Process

Step 1: Determine the scope of product testing

1. Consult with testing agencies to explain the purpose of the product report, product characteristics, and other information;

2. After receiving the application that meets the requirements, the certification body issues a notice of acceptance to the applicant, notifying them to send or send relevant documents and materials.

Step 2: Sample reception

1. The samples shall be directly delivered by the applicant to the designated testing institution. After the applicant pays, the payment voucher shall be filled out according to the requirements. The testing institution shall inspect the collected samples and fill out the sample acceptance report. For unqualified samples, a sample rectification notice shall be issued, and the sample acceptance report shall be filled out after rectification.

2. After the sample acceptance, the testing agency fills out the sample testing progress form and reports it to the certification agency. After receiving the sample testing progress, the certification agency issues a formal acceptance notice to the applicant and a testing task book to the testing agency, and the sample testing officially begins.

Step 3: Sample testing

1. The work that enterprises should do during the type testing stage is to send experimental samples, required components and technical information, understand the testing progress, and promptly rectify any non-conforming items in accordance with the sample testing rectification notice.

2. After the sample testing is completed, the testing agency fills out the sample testing result notification, and the testing agency also transmits the test report and other materials to the certification agency.
