VCCI Certification in Japan
Message Inquiry

Introduction

VCCI is an electromagnetic compatibility certification mark in Japan, managed by the Voluntary Control Council for Interference by Information Technology Equipment. VCCI certification is not mandatory, but information technology products sold in Japan are generally required to undergo VCCI certification. Manufacturers should first apply to become members of VCCI before they can use the VCCI logo. In order to obtain VCCI accreditation, the EMI test report provided must be issued by a testing agency registered and accredited by VCCI. There are currently no immunity standards in Japan.
