The Battery Directive 2006/66/EC is a battery regulation developed by the European Union aimed at reducing the production of harmful batteries and batteries, improving the processing and recycling rates of old batteries, and increasing the collection and recycling of batteries and battery waste. Covering all types of batteries, such as nickel hydrogen batteries, lead-acid batteries, button batteries, etc. (excluding batteries for member states' safety and military equipment, and space batteries).
