Introduction to the Laboratory

The Dean Testing Laboratory was founded in 2012, covering an area of 2000 square meters. Currently, there are more than 200 testing/calibration personnel, all of whom have a college degree or above. Among them, more than 80% of engineers have a bachelor's degree or above, and multiple experts and professors have been hired as technical consultants. The Dean Testing and Calibration Laboratory is registered with the Administration for Industry and Commerce in accordance with the Metrology Law of the People's Republic of China and relevant metrological regulations and administrative management provisions. It has passed the standard assessment of the Market Supervision Administration and has a completely independent and legal third-party impartial status. It has authoritative qualifications such as issuing impartial data to the society; And it has been recognized by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) with certificate number L6483, and has been recognized by laboratory accreditation agencies in countries and regions that have signed a multilateral agreement on mutual recognition with CNAS. The calibration certificate issued has been recognized and accredited by other members of the International Laboratory Accreditation Organization's Multilateral Mutual Recognition Agreement (ilac MRA). Approved by the Guangdong Provincial Market Supervision Bureau and obtained the qualification certificate of inspection and testing institution, CMA certificate number 201919014493. The data issued can be traced back to the national measurement standards and the International System of Units (SI). The certificates and reports issued fully meet the traceability requirements of ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 9000, and fully comply with the quality system review requirements of the enterprise's ISO, IGP, CCC, CE and other series

 The laboratory is divided into geometry laboratory, mechanics laboratory, electrical and radio laboratory, thermodynamics laboratory, optics laboratory, physical and chemical laboratory, clean laboratory, high-voltage testing laboratory, and precision testing laboratory. The recognized calibration areas include: length; heat; Dynamics; Electromagnetics; Time and frequency; Wireless radio; Optics; Specialized measuring instruments for chemistry, textiles, leather, paper, etc; Specialized measuring instruments for construction and transportation; Special measuring instruments for motor vehicles. The recognized testing fields include electrical safety of power tools, electromagnetic shielding rooms, clean environment equipment, thermodynamics, and geometric quantities. The laboratory has established over 60 highest measurement standards for enterprises. At present, a total of 910 calibration and testing projects have been completed through CNAS instrument and equipment. Having 29 software copyrights and utility model patents, we can provide one-stop services for our customers.
