
EPA Registration Introduction
The full name of EPA is the United States Environmental Protection Agency, whose main mission is to protect both humans and the natural environment. According to the requirements of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) in the United States, common products regulated by the act include sterilization, disinfection, deworming, and mosquito killing products.

EPA registered product classification
Pesticide Product: Insecticide and sterilization products (which use chemical substances) such as pesticides, herbicides, antibacterial agents, fungicides, insect attractants, disinfectant water, disinfectants, nematodes, fumigants, defoliants, plant growth regulators, rodenticides, algaecides, molluscicides, water purifiers, and other insecticides, disinfectants, and antibacterial chemicals containing active ingredients. In addition to the company number, factory establishment number, submission of initial and annual reports, a registration number (EPA Reg. No.) is also required.
Device: equipment that uses physical functions to achieve disinfection and insecticidal effects, such as ozone disinfection, ultraviolet disinfection, UV water quality filter, UV air filter, UV mosquito killer, ultrasonic deworming equipment, UV disinfection device, high-frequency bird repellent, electronic rodent repellent, air sterilization and purification equipment, and pest control appliances. Company number, factory number, initial report submission, and annual report are required.
EPA registration process
1. Register and log in to an account online, fill in company information
2. After approval, fill in the agent information and upload the application letter
3. Approved and obtained company number
4. Registered Factory Number
5. Submit initial report within 30 days after successful registration of factory number

The cost needs to be evaluated specifically based on different products, with a cycle of about 3 weeks
Precautions
·EPA registration requires a US agent;
·After successful EPA registration, submit production reports on time every year. If the agent is valid, the EPA registration will be valid for a long time;
·A company can have multiple factories and register multiple products simultaneously;
·The initial report must be submitted within 30 days after the factory number is confirmed;
·The product label must bear the EPA factory number.
