Basic Introduction

According to the agreement signed by Russia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan on October 18, 2010, entitled "Common Guidelines and Rules for Technical Specifications of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republic of Belarus, and the Russian Federation", the Customs Union Committee is committed to developing unified standards and requirements to ensure product safety, a certification that is universal among the three countries, thus forming the Russia Belarus Kazakhstan Customs Union certification. The unified symbol is EAC.

Customs * * * Technical Regulations certificate: It is the only proof that the product complies with the technical regulations of the Customs Union. This certificate is applicable to the entire territory of Russia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan.
